Description: Twelve years before the events at the focus of the series, the nine-tailed demon fox attacked Konohagakure. It was a powerful demon indeed; a single swing of one of its nine tails would raise tsunamis and flatten mountains. It raised chaos and slaughtered many people, until the leader of the Leaf Village - the Fourth Hokage - defeated it by sacrificing his own life to seal the demon inside a newly-born child, whose origins are as yet unknown. Naruto is a moving story about a young boy who overcomes being put down by the whole village. He has dreams of becoming the strongest ninja to have ever lived. I reccomend this story highly. I love it and have rad it for a long time. There are two sections of the story, Naruto and Naruto Shippuden. Naruto Shippuden is where the story currently is. Naruto and his friends are now 16 and there are new threats and adventures. Naruto is more humorous and adventurous while Naruto Shippuden is still funny in the beginning, but once you get close to the end it becomes serious and so entertaining you won't want to stop reading. Naruto is also a tv show. You can watch the Naruto Shippuden episodes on http://www.hulu.com/.
